Sales Tax
Appliances Direct does not collect sales tax on any item ordered to customers outside our normal truck delivery area. If you live within Illinois or Indiana, we collect taxes at a rate listed below. Our shopping cart should automatically calculate any taxes during the checkout process.

  • Illinois residents pay 8.50% sales tax
  • Indiana residents pay 6% sales tax
  • No sales tax is billed on orders to any other state within the US

Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy
IIf you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item for a full store credit within the first 30 days after delivery. The only cost you will have to pay is the return shipping. All returned items must have a Return Authorization Number, be un-used in as new condition in their original box and include packing material, manuals and all accessories*.

Return Shipping*
A return shipping price will be sent to you before your product is picked up. Once the product arrives at Appliances Direct a credit will be issued for exchange or future purchase. Click here to go to Online Return Shipping Form

- Free shipping (and reduced shipping) does not apply to return/exchange shipping.
- No returns or exchanges on food products.
- All Returns Require a Return Authorization Number
- A 25% Restocking Charge will be applied to items that don’t meet the following criteria; include a Return Authorization Number,
un-used in as new condition in its original box and include all packing material, manuals and accessories.

Damaged Items**
If your product has been damaged during transit you can have it replaced for free. Once the product arrives at Appliances Direct we will exchange your product and send a new one out to you.

Please keep in mind that the Replacement process will add weeks to the fulfillment of your order. For your convenience damages can be 100% repaired by a qualified service technician at zero cost to you.

- ALL DAMAGE Items MUST BE NOTED ON THE BILL OF LADING AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. You must uncrate & inspect
your items at the time of delivery so notification can be made to the delivery driver.
- For any un-damaged items that have been returned, the purchaser will be charged the return shipping cost plus a 25% Restocking Fee.
- For Damaged Items a 25% Restocking Charge will be applied to items that don’t meet the following criteria; have damage reported on original bill of lading, include a Return Authorization Number, un-used in as new condition in its original box and include all packing material, manuals and accessories.

Malfunctioning Items
Most of the products we sell include at a minimum a one-year warranty backed by the manufacturer for your peace of mind. If after installation the product does not function properly please contact the manufacturer directly. Manufactures Service Information

For additional piece of mind we offer discounted extended warranties. If these warranties apply to your appliance they can purchase these warranties as you add products to your shopping cart.

Privacy Policy
Our customers are our most important assets and we keep all of your information private. We will never sell, share, or distribute any customer information to third parties. Your information will only be used to process and ship your order and to let you know about special offers and rebates.
